The Artist
René Schmidt
René Schmidt is a Danish visual artist based in Viborg. He graduated from the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts in 2000. Together with Søren Taaning, René Schmidt was one of the founders of Deep Forest Art Land, and today he and Taaning are part of the venue’s artistic leadership.
