Art, nature, and learning come together under the open sky. Deep Forest Art Land offers sensory art experiences and educational programs for preschools, elementary schools, secondary schools, and college students. Here, nature becomes an active part of the learning process, and art fosters curiosity, exploration, and shared experiences.
Deep Forest Art Land is a dynamic learning space where children and young people encounter contemporary art in the forest. Visits encourage exploration, asking questions, and gaining firsthand experiences. There is no single “right” answer here, but rather space for reflection, dialogue, and new perspectives.
All visits are by appointment only.
Find the tour that's right for you
Whether you’re from a daycare center, an elementary school, a secondary school, or a college, we offer tours and programs tailored to your target audience. Some groups prefer the freedom to explore the artworks and the landscape on their own, while others prefer a guided tour with an educator or a specially organized visit.
Choose the target audience that's right for you, and learn more about the options.
An open-air learning environment
The artworks and the landscape provide the setting for experiences, explorations, and communities. The visits are rooted in the location and allow space for curiosity, sensory exploration, dialogue, and reflection.
We view art as a gateway to exploring the world. That is why there is room for questions, reflection, and different perspectives.

Deep Forest Art Land Learning Partners
A development project focused on art, nature, and learning
Many of our educational programs are developed through Learning Partners—Deep Forest Art Land’s long-term development project focused on art, children, nature, and learning.
Here, artists, teachers, students, and educators collaborate to develop new ways of experiencing contemporary art in the forest.
